Double Plus offers a generous payment term for your real estate. A one year and also a Five Years (5 years) payment term to help you achieve your property dream.
Double Plus Limited believes house acquisition should be a gradual process. We therefore intend to help many who are usually not able to afford or jump on the property ladder an opportunity to do so sooner, by offering a 5 Year payment plan. The most interesting part of this development is that you get to move in after paying 50% deposit while you spread the remaining balance. This is a house ownership with affordability in mind.
5-Year Payment Term
The most interesting thing about the 5 Year payment plan is you can move in and pay whiles you have moved in. We first require an initial deposit of 30% to reserve a unit, and then another 20% payable within 8 months after the first deposit. Once your property has been completed you can move in while you spread the remaining 50% balance over a further 48 months. This implies you are given about 5 years from receipt of initial payment to complete your payment.
1-Year Payment Term.
Under the one-year plan, we require an initial deposit of 70% and your 30% balance is spread for you for a maximum period of 12 months.
Under the 1-year plan you can only move in after completing your payment.
Customized Home Ownership
You may walk into any of our offices in Ghana or US for free consultation on how we can assist you to build your house in Ghana. You may come with or without an architectural design and we will offer our services ranging from design, production of bill of quantities, acquisition of regulatory permits etc. upon payment of agreed fees and signing of agreement with us. We will then construct the building for you with payments being made at any of our offices.
House Flipping
We can exchange your house for a different one from us through our house flipping product/service. We will value your house, buy it and sell a new one to you. If the price of the new house is more than the present one, you will be required to pay the difference. If on the other hand, the value of your house is more than the one you are interested in, we will be required to pay you the difference.
